I started out today hoping to get at least 10 minutes of running into my route. Take it easy, pay attention to my body and how it's doing. I managed to get a full 15 minutes of running in before I had to walk. I told myself that it would only be for a few minutes, then I'd shoot for a second session. Yeah, that didn't work out. Still, it felt good to be out there again, becoming stronger.
