Still rebuilding after my "week off" (that makes it sound like a vacation). Also, it has gotten much hotter than it used to be, even at 7 in the morning. I've come back feeling like I've gone swimming, not running and I think the temperature change will take an adjustment as well. Definitely need to focus on more water consumption.
As they say in Batman Begins: "Why do we fall sir? So we might learn to pick ourselves up".
